How your refund is figured

Because we let you taste before deciding, your refund is based on how many sticks were used across your whole order:

3 sticks or fewer → full refund.
More than 3 → we deduct $5 for each stick beyond the first three.

Example: 10 sticks used = 7 past the first three = $35 deducted (7 × $5).

Damaged or wrong? Report within 14 days with a photo — it's on us.
