Before you write
We ship free anywhere in the U.S. from our Fullerton, California warehouse, and most orders arrive within a few business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. International shipping is coming soon.
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us to start, we'll send an approved return authorization, you ship the items back (return shipping is on you), and we refund your original payment once it arrives. A full refund applies within our per-product usage limit; if more was used, a small per-stick amount is deducted. Anything damaged or sent in error is fully on us.

Yes. Every batch is lab-tested and we publish a Certificate of Analysis by lot number. Find the lot number on the bottom of your box and use the COA lookup above, or email us and we'll send it over.
