Refund policy
At Dr. Choi's Pharmaco, we want you to feel completely comfortable trying our Korean red ginseng. Because we stand behind what's in every stick, we let you taste it before you decide — not just look at an unopened box. If it isn't right for you, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Our 30-day, try-it-first promise
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order — even if you've opened the box and tried a few sticks. Most return policies only accept sealed, unused product. We don't, because we'd rather you actually experience the ginseng before deciding.
Refunds are based on how many sticks have been used across your entire order:
- Used 3 sticks or fewer: you receive a full refund once we receive your return.
- Used more than 3 sticks: we issue a refund minus $5 for each stick used beyond the first three.
For example, if 10 sticks were used, that's 7 sticks past the first three, so $35 (7 × $5) is deducted from your refund. The remaining product should be sent back in its original packaging. This try-it-first promise applies to purchases made directly on drchoispharmaco.com.
How to start a return (RMA)
To keep things clean and traceable for both sides, all returns go through a quick approval step first. Please don't ship anything back before you've heard from us.
- Start your return within 30 days using our return request form, or email support@drchoispharmaco.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief note about why you'd like to return it.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions. We'll confirm your return is eligible and tell you where and how to send it.
- Ship the product back to us. Return shipping is paid by you, the customer.
- We issue your refund to your original payment method once your return arrives and is processed.
Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect
That's on us, not you. If anything arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days at support@drchoispharmaco.com (or through our return request form) with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.
For your safety, please don't consume any product from a container that arrived damaged or compromised.
Refund timing
Once your approved return reaches us and is processed, refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders follow this same return policy. You can also skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel an upcoming subscription order at any time from your account before it renews — see our Subscription Terms for details. Any promotional or first-order discount applies only as described at the time you subscribed.
A few notes
- This policy applies to purchases made directly on drchoispharmaco.com. If you bought Dr. Choi's products from another retailer or reseller, please follow that store's return policy, as we can only process returns for orders placed with us.
- We reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases of suspected abuse or fraud, or as otherwise permitted by law.
- This policy doesn't affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
