Subscription Terms

These Subscription and Sales Terms (these “Subscription Terms”) govern your enrollment in the subscription program offered by Dr. Choi’s Pharmaco and your purchase of products through drchoispharmaco.com (the “Site”). The Site and our products are offered by Crystal Vision Technology Inc. (dba Dr Choi Natural Wellness) (“Dr. Choi’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a subscription or placing an order, you agree to these Subscription Terms and to our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.
1. Purchasing Products
All products are sold for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any product purchased from us without our prior written consent. If you are interested in becoming an authorized wholesale or retail partner, please contact us at support@drchoispharmaco.com.
Product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and availability are shown on the Site and may change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, color, or detail is complete or current. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, to refuse or cancel any order, and to discontinue any product at any time.
Each order you submit is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation that we received your order does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order only when we ship the product to you. We may decline or cancel an order — including after a confirmation email — if we identify an error in pricing or product information, receive incomplete or inaccurate payment or shipping details, suspect fraud or a connection to a prior payment dispute, or if the product becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order for a product you already paid for, we will refund the amount paid for that product.
2. How Our Subscriptions Work
When you enroll in a Dr. Choi’s subscription (“Subscribe & Save”), we will send you a recurring supply of the product you selected at the delivery frequency you choose at checkout — for example, every 30, 45, or 60 days. You can choose or change your delivery frequency, and switch the product or size, from your account.
There is no separate membership or subscription fee. For each shipment, you are charged only for the price of the product and any applicable shipping and taxes, at our then-current subscription price. Your subscription discount (for example, 16% off) applies as described at the time you enroll. Any first-order or promotional discount applies only as described when you subscribe and may not apply to later renewals.
Your subscription continues until you cancel. Before each renewal, your saved payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date, and we will then prepare and ship your next order.
3. Renewal Reminders and Your Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis, at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel or we end the subscription. Before each renewal charge, we will send a reminder email to the address on your account. If we change your subscription price or terms, we will notify you in advance as required by law, and the change will apply to future renewals only.
4. Cancelling, Skipping, or Changing Your Subscription
You are always in control. From your account, at any time before your next renewal date, you can:
- Skip an upcoming order;
- Pause your subscription;
- Reschedule your next delivery or change how often you receive orders;
- Switch the product or size; or
- Cancel your subscription entirely.
To make any of these changes, log in to your account at drchoispharmaco.com and open the subscription section of your account dashboard.
Cancelling is easy and can be done entirely online — you do not have to call or chat with anyone. We provide an online cancellation method that is at least as easy to use as the method you used to enroll. We may confirm your identity before processing a cancellation, but we will not use that step to obstruct or delay it.
If you prefer, you may also request to cancel by emailing support@drchoispharmaco.com from the email address on your account. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. If an order has already been charged or shipped before your cancellation is processed, that order is handled under our Return Policy below.
5. Billing and Payment
To place an order or enroll in a subscription, you must provide a valid payment method. By doing so, you authorize us to charge that payment method for all amounts due, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes, without further notice except as required by law. You agree to keep your billing and payment information current.
If a charge is declined, we may attempt to process it again, and we may contact you to update your payment information. We may suspend or cancel your subscription or order if we are unable to complete payment. You may be charged applicable sales tax based on your shipping address; the tax shown at checkout is an estimate and may be adjusted to the rate in effect when your order is processed. We use a third-party payment processor and are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
6. Shipping
Shipping methods, delivery areas, estimated delivery times, and any free-shipping offers are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the product to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds — including subscription orders — are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. In summary, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, even if you have opened the box and tried a few sticks, and your refund is based on how many sticks were used across your entire order. Returns must be approved in advance (RMA) before you ship anything back, and refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and process your return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right and you will not pay return shipping.
Because each renewal is a new order, a renewal that has already shipped is handled under the Return Policy rather than simply reversed. To avoid an unwanted renewal, skip or cancel before your renewal date as described above.
8. Discounts and Promotional Codes
From time to time we may offer discounts or promotional codes, subject to the specific terms of each offer. Unless stated otherwise, promo codes may be used only once per customer, are for the intended recipient and purpose only, are not redeemable for cash, may expire, and may not be sold, transferred, or made available to the public. We may modify or discontinue any promotion, and we may decline or reverse a discount that we believe was obtained or used improperly.
9. Health Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements and related consumer products, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided by us is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always read the product label and use the product only as directed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or intend to give the product to a child. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated and Effective Date” above and post the updated terms on the Site. Changes apply to subscriptions and orders going forward. Your continued enrollment or purchasing after an update means you accept the updated terms.
