Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Dr. Choi’s Pharmaco. We ship from our warehouse in Fullerton, California, and we want your Korean red ginseng to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect. It works together with our Return Policy and our Terms of Service.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States and all 50 U.S. states. At this time we are not able to ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
International shipping is coming soon. We’re working on bringing Dr. Choi’s to customers outside the U.S. If you’d like to be notified when we ship to your country, email us at support@drchoispharmaco.com.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every U.S. order — there’s no minimum and no added shipping charge at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
- During promotions, new-product launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll do our best to keep you posted.
These times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link to the address on your order. You can also view tracking anytime by logging in to your account. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@drchoispharmaco.com.
Subscriptions
For Subscribe & Save orders, each renewal is processed and shipped on its renewal date using the same shipping methods and timing described above. You can change your delivery frequency or skip, pause, or cancel an upcoming order from your account before it renews — see our Subscription and Sales Terms for details.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we aren’t responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@drchoispharmaco.com and we’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and look around your delivery area first — carriers sometimes mark packages early or leave them in a safe spot. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us at support@drchoispharmaco.com and we’ll help you trace it.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, that’s on us. Please contact us within 14 days at support@drchoispharmaco.com (or through our return request form) with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — and you won’t pay return shipping. For your safety, please don’t consume any product from a container that arrived damaged or compromised.
